Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is vital in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting team members, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to manage office tasks effectively. As the Office Manager, you will be the central point of contact for office administration, client communication, and team coordination, fostering a productive and welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities

Manage office operations including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure a well-organized workspace.
Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members using productivity software and Google Workspace tools.
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative functions.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
Provide excellent customer service by supporting client communication through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Assist with clerical tasks including word processing, spreadsheets management, and general administrative support to enhance overall office productivity.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Technical proficiency with computer literacy including data entry, file management, and office software tools.
Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing front desk support with professionalism.
Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks; familiarity with office management best practices is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and document preparation.
Customer service orientation with experience in client communication and support roles.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management skills; experience as a personal assistant or dental receptionist is advantageous.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
