Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is vital in maintaining an efficient, professional, and welcoming workspace. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude to support our team and enhance overall productivity. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, ensuring seamless communication, effective management of office resources, and excellent client and staff support.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including overseeing clerical tasks, filing systems, and supply inventory to maintain an organized workspace
Coordinate calendar management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision and attention to detail
Maintain accurate data entry records using spreadsheets and productivity software such as Microsoft Office applications
Support front desk activities by greeting visitors, managing visitor logs, and ensuring a positive first impression
Assist with client communication through phone calls and emails, ensuring clear and courteous interactions while managing priorities efficiently

Requirements

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks
Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software for financial record keeping
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer literacy including familiarity with productivity software and technical proficiency in office equipment
Previous experience in front desk duties or personal assistant roles is highly desirable
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
