Graphic Designer & Operations Specialist

Aesthreadics LLC designs and manufactures premium custom weightlifting belts for athletes around the world. We combine craftsmanship, durability, and personalized design to create belts that perform as well as they look. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative, organized team member who can help elevate our brand while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Position Summary

We're seeking a Graphic Designer & Operations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role combines graphic design, production coordination, and operational responsibilities.

You'll create custom belt artwork, marketing materials, and social media content while helping manage orders, production workflows, and customer communication.

If you're creative, detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy seeing your work come to life in physical products, we'd love to meet you.

ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

Design custom artwork for weightlifting belts
Prepare customer artwork for production
Create mockups and product previews
Design graphics for social media, email marketing, and advertising
Create website graphics and promotional materials
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Assist with photography and product launches

Operations

Review incoming orders for accuracy
Coordinate custom artwork approvals with customers
Track production schedules and order status
Communicate with customers regarding artwork revisions and order updates
Maintain organized project files and production documentation
Assist with inventory tracking and operational tasks
Help improve internal processes and workflows
Support shipping and fulfillment during busy periods

QualificationsRequired

1+ years of graphic design experience
Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
Experience preparing files for print or manufacturing
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable working independently

Preferred

Adobe Photoshop
Canva
Shopify experience
Experience with social media marketing
Photography or product photography
Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
Experience with production or manufacturing workflows
Customer service experience
Familiarity with the strength sports or fitness industry
