This opportunity is ideal for U.S.-qualified attorneys with experience at top-tier law firms specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and private equity transactions. You'll help improve AI systems by applying your expertise in complex legal analysis, deal structuring, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute subject matter expertise to develop and evaluate high-quality M&A legal content for AI training.
- Review and analyze real-world M&A transactions, contracts, and litigation matters to identify legal risks and key principles.
- Conduct legal research across corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity topics.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to provide legal analysis and expert feedback.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to improve the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated content.
- Draft, edit, and explain complex legal concepts in clear written and verbal formats.
- Apply industry best practices to continuously improve project deliverables and AI model performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- J.D. or equivalent degree with active U.S. bar membership.
- Recent experience at a top-tier U.S. law firm specializing in M&A and corporate transactions.
- Strong expertise in M&A deal structuring, due diligence, and legal risk assessment.
- Solid understanding of corporate law, private equity, and related transactional matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with legal quality assurance, document review, or rubric-based evaluations.
- Experience contributing to multidisciplinary legal or technology-focused projects.
- Interest in AI, legal technology, or applying legal expertise to emerging technologies.
