Position Overview
855 TREEMAN is hiring Full-Time Tree Climber Trainees! If you have climbing experience and are looking to build a long-term career in professional tree care, this is an excellent opportunity to train with an experienced, safety-first team.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removals
- Learn advanced climbing techniques and safe tree removal practices from experienced crew members
- Learn to safely operate chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, aerial lifts, skid steers, and other tree care equipment
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
- Follow all jobsite safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work alongside experienced crew leaders to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Keep jobsites clean and organized
- Represent 855 TREEMAN professionally while working on customer properties
We’re Looking For
- Previous tree climbing experience required (with a licensed tree company preferred)
- Experience in rigging, operating lifts, tree care, or another aerial/rigging trades
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to perform physical labor, work at heights and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to learn how to safely operate chainsaws, bucket trucks, aerial lifts, chippers, and other tree care equipment
- Reliable, punctual, safety-minded team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Eager to continue developing skills and build a long-term career in the tree care industry
