HighTechLending is celebrating 20 years of helping homeowners achieve their financial goals and we're continuing to grow! We're looking for an experienced Reverse & Forward Mortgage Post Closer to join our Operations team.

If you're detail oriented, thrive in a fast paced environment, and enjoy working with both Reverse and Forward mortgage products, we'd love to hear from you.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of mortgage post closing experience.
Experience with both Forward and Reverse Mortgage products preferred.
Previous mortgage funding experience preferred.
Working knowledge of FHA insured HECM, conventional, government, and Non QM loan programs.
Experience reviewing closing packages, title policies, recorded documents, trailing documents, and investor delivery requirements.
Proficiency with Encompass, Quantum Reverse, or similar mortgage systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of investor, agency, warehouse bank, and regulatory post closing requirements.

What You'll Do

Review closed loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Manage post closing conditions and outstanding deficiencies.
Track and review recorded documents, title policies, and other trailing documents.
Prepare and deliver loan files to investors and government agencies.
Resolve post closing exceptions and maintain compliance with investor and regulatory guidelines.
Assist with quality control reviews and audits.
Support both Reverse and Forward mortgage operations.
Provide occasional funding support and assist with special projects as needed.

Work Location: In office preferred. Hybrid schedule may be considered for qualified candidates.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.50 per hour
