Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef/Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, consistency, and creativity, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
Supervise daily kitchen operations, including managing shifts, coordinating food production, and ensuring timely service.
Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures, proper food handling, and sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Assist in menu planning, ingredient ordering, inventory control, and cost management to optimize food quality and minimize waste.
Lead and motivate kitchen staff by providing clear direction, training on culinary techniques, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Ensure compliance with all health regulations, dietary requirements, and safety standards across the kitchen and dining areas.
Support catering events and banquet service by coordinating food preparation and presentation for large groups or special occasions.

Skills

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining settings.
Proven supervising experience with the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food production, menu planning, inventory management, and cost control strategies.
Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures, dietary department protocols, and catering operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee shift management and kitchen operations confidently.
Excellent food handling skills combined with a passion for serving high-quality cuisine.
Experience in managing food service or restaurant environments with a focus on hospitality excellence.
