Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support daily office operations, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure a smooth workflow across various departments. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to handle a variety of clerical responsibilities. Responsibilities

Operate phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls accurately
Perform data entry tasks using software programs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Manage filing systems, organize documents, and maintain office supplies inventory
Support office management by coordinating appointments, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
Assit with various calls in the accounts receivable/payable and
support team members as needed.

Qualifications

Prior office experience or administrative background preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clients and team members
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
