Company Overview

We are a Design-Build Commercial Contractor, is dedicated to delivering sustainable and innovative construction solutions for commercial and industrial clients. Our team combines decades of industry experience with a commitment to environmentally responsible practices, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and with a focus on client needs.

We are looking for a motivated, personable, and tech-savvy Business Development Representative to help grow our existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.

This is a relationship-driven role for someone who is confident on the phone, persistent with follow-up, comfortable meeting people in person, and knows how to turn conversations into appointments and opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Re-engage existing and past clients to identify new opportunities and maintain strong relationships
Prospect and contact new potential clients through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and other outreach
Make cold calls and occasional in-person “cold stops” to introduce our company and establish new relationships
Schedule qualified meetings and site visits for senior management
Build relationships with general contractors, property managers, facility teams, procurement departments, corporate clients, administrators, and other decision-makers
Consistently follow up with prospects and clients to keep opportunities moving forward
Maintain accurate client and prospect information within our CRM and business development systems
Utilize software, CRM tools, email campaigns, automation, and other technology to improve outreach and follow-up
Attend networking opportunities, client meetings, and industry events as needed
Help identify new markets, accounts, projects, and relationship opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

We want someone who is:

Excellent and confident on the phone
Personable, professional, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations
Highly organized and consistent with follow-up
Very computer and software savvy. This is a must.
Comfortable learning and utilizing CRM systems, automations, and modern sales/marketing tools
Able to communicate effectively with everyone from contractors and field personnel to administrative staff, procurement teams, executives, and corporate decision-makers
Self-motivated and able to work independently without needing constant supervision
Comfortable working both remotely and in an office environment
Willing to get out from behind the computer and meet clients face-to-face

Construction industry experience is a strong plus.

Previous construction business development, construction marketing, or sales experience is highly desirable. Existing relationships and contacts within the construction, property management, facilities, general contracting, or related industries are a major plus.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid position that may include:

Working from home
Working from our office
Visiting existing and prospective clients. Lunch meetings, etc.
Attending meetings, networking events, and jobsite/client locations

The right person should enjoy having flexibility while also understanding that successful business development requires getting out, meeting people, making calls, and consistently following up.

Compensation

Pay range is $50,000–$100,000+ annually, depending on experience, existing industry relationships, qualifications, and overall fit.

Compensation structure may include base salary plus performance-based incentives for the right candidate.

We’re looking for someone who can become a key part of our growth—not simply make calls. The goal is to develop long-term relationships, open doors, generate qualified opportunities, and help expand our client base.

Pay: $50,246.45 - $95,705.40 per year
