Full Job Description

Baymont by Wyndham Cambridge is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Clerk for fill-in on shifts 3-11pm and 7am-3pm . If you aren't able to work some weekends and holidays - please do not apply, as this position requires both. Desirable candidate would have previous hotel front desk experience but not required. However candidate must have excellent customer service skills and possess a positive and friendly attitude and can stay calm if dealing with a challenging guest. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, utilizing your core skills in customer service, front desk operations, and hotel experience to provide exceptional service. Your premium skills in hospitality management and multilingual abilities will enhance guest interactions and contribute to a positive guest experience. Additionally, your relevant skills in multi-line phone systems and guest relations will help you effectively manage guest inquiries and requests. Join our team and be a vital part of creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our guests.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including managing phone calls and reservations.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.
