Driver Agent personnel
- NJAC 17:30-9.9 governs all transport personnel
- Direct Report: All Driver Agents will report to the dispatcher.
- The responsibility of a driver/Agent position include, but are not limited to:
- Adhere to, and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations governing the transportation and wholesale of cannabis products in the State of New Jersey
- Operate company vehicles safely, securely and efficiently to deliver products to customers
- Load and unload deliveries/merchandise using appropriate equipment and techniques, verifying that all items on shipping manifests are loaded onto the vehicle upon receipt, and delivered to their destination.
- Immediately report any discrepancies to compliance officer and supervisorVerify delivery accuracy by checking products against delivery documentation
- Adhere to delivery schedules and communicate any delays to dispatch
- Ensure that all shipment documentation is accurate
- Collect payments, signatures, and required documentation from customers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and complete required paperwork
- Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
- Assist with warehouse operations as needed during non-delivery periods
- Minimum requirements for driver/agent position are:
- Valid driver's license
- Age 26 or older with a clean driving record with no violations in the past 5 years
- Candidate must meet all requirements for CRC licensing; employment subject to successful licensure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to follow written Instructions

- Direct Report: Warehouse Agents will report to the Inventory Manager
- The responsibilities of a warehouse/agent associate include, but are not limited to:
- Adhere to, and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations governing the transportation and wholesale of cannabis products in the State of New Jersey
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of inventory in the physical warehouse and digital seed-to-sale tracking system
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against purchase orders, shipping manifests, and seed-to-sale tracking system, as appropriate
- Inspect products for damage and immediately report discrepancies to compliance officer and supervisors
- Store products in designated locations using proper handling techniques, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations
- Prepare customer orders in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Minimum qualifications for Warehouse Agent positions include;
- Age 26 or older
- Candidate must meet all requirements for CRC licensing; employment subject to successful licensure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
