Full Job Description

Position Overview:
Join our team as an RBT dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals in need. We are looking for a compassionate individual with a background in behavioral health and a passion for helping others.

Consistent Schedule: Guaranteed 30-hour workweek. The clinic operates year-round.

Competitive Pay: $20–$27 per hour, depending on experience and educational background.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support individual therapy goals and foster positive behavioral change.
Assist in the delivery of patient care activities related to behavioral therapy, following established protocols and care plans.
Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of medical information, therapy progress, and individual care plans.
Collaborate closely with the behavioral health team, including therapists, caregivers, and educators, to ensure effective and cohesive treatment strategies.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and handle sensitive medical information with professionalism.
Provide support to individuals with special education needs, especially children, to promote their social and emotional development.
Engage in activities designed to encourage positive behaviors and social skills in patients, particularly those with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications:

Must have an active RBT Certification Number.
Has at least 1 year of ABA experience.
Has a passion to work with children in the autism spectrum and other abilities.
Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and methods.
Familiarity with patient care practices within behavioral health settings.
Experience creating and implementing individualized care plans.
Understanding of behavioral therapy principles and their practical applications.
Ability to thrive in a team-based environment and collaborate effectively with diverse professionals.
Strong communication, documentation, and attention to detail skills.
