Location: Peoria, IL
Pay: $4,320 Weekly
Shifts: Days (4×10s)

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join a leading cardiovascular team in Peoria, Illinois. This travel opportunity is ideal for a skilled cardiovascular professional with expertise in assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures while delivering outstanding patient care in a fast-paced catheterization laboratory.

Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Tech

Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
Prepare the catheterization laboratory, equipment, and sterile field before procedures
Operate specialized imaging and monitoring equipment during procedures
Monitor patient condition and vital signs throughout procedures
Maintain strict sterile technique and adhere to infection control standards
Ensure accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
Support radiation safety practices for patients and staff
Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and the wider cardiovascular team to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements of the Cath Lab Tech Role

Current BLS certification
Current ARRT certification
Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab Tech experience
Strong knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures, imaging equipment, and radiation safety
Excellent technical, communication, and patient care skills
