Full Job Description

We are seeking an organized detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Bill Payment specialist. to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Data Entry and bill paying utilizing QuickBooks software and have a background in Accounting or Insurance Plan administration.

This role is a hybrid / possible work from home role once job duties and routines are identified.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Administration: Utilize Quick books platform to provide necessary financial information to accountants, add vendor bills, pay bills, set due dates, and assign expenses to the correct accounts.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with QuickBooks and accounting software is required.
