Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12s (7p–7a) | Every other weekend rotation
Pay: $35 - $41.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $12,500

Be the Clinical Anchor Overnight
Night shift RNs provide essential leadership when patients need stability most. In this Overnight Psychiatric RN role, you'll oversee patient care, ensure safety, and make critical clinical decisions in a quieter—but no less important—setting.

Key Responsibilities

Complete ongoing patient assessments and respond to changes in condition
Administer medications and manage overnight treatment plans
Maintain a safe therapeutic environment through consistent monitoring
Lead nursing care and support staff during overnight hours
Coordinate with providers and on-call leadership as needed
Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately

What We're Looking For

Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program. (BSN preferred but not required.)
License: Current, unencumbered RN license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
Experience: Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred. New graduate RNs are welcome to apply.
Other: Ability to work independently on night shift. Must be 21 or older.
