The Shipper/Receiver is responsible for coordinating the accurate shipment and receipt of materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring all shipping documentation is completed correctly. This role supports efficient warehouse and logistics operations by verifying incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Receive and inspect raw materials and incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition.
· Verify products, quantities, and serial numbers against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
· Safely operate company-provided side-by-side utility vehicles as needed to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement throughout the facility.
· Enter and maintain serial number and shipment information in Acumatica ERP system.
· Prepare, print, and review Bills of Lading (BOL) to ensure accuracy and completeness before shipment.
· Verify outgoing loads against shipping documentation and customer requirements.
· Obtain required signatures and maintain accurate shipping records.
· Photograph completed loads to document shipment condition and contents prior to departure.
· Coordinate with production and transportation personnel to ensure timely shipment and receipt of goods.
· Report discrepancies, damaged materials, or inventory issues to management.
· Maintain organized records of shipping and receiving activities.
· Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. with or without assistance
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work on feet for extended periods
· Work in conditions that may include dust, noise, vibration, temperature changes, and outdoor exposure
· Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to hard hats, safety glasses, high-visibility vests, and steel-toed shoes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
· Experience using ERP systems such as Acumatica is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documentation and inventory records.
· Ability to verify and reconcile shipping and receiving documents.
· Basic computer and data entry skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
