Full Job Description

Henri’s Cloud Nine is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage the flow of designer gowns and accessories in a fast-paced, fashion-focused retail environment.

This role is essential to ensuring every gown is received, tracked, and delivered with precision and care. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, accuracy, and behind-the-scenes operations that directly impact the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Inventory Management

Receive and inspect incoming designer gowns and accessories
Verify accuracy, quality, and condition of all merchandise
Maintain organized, easy-to-navigate inventory systems

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

Prepare gowns and accessories for shipment with a high level of care
Generate shipping labels and ensure timely outbound deliveries
Coordinate order flow to support store needs and customer timelines

Tracking & Systems

Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records
Utilize internal systems to monitor product movement and status
Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and efficiently

Communication & Coordination

Work closely with store teams, customer service, and leadership
Communicate with vendors and shipping carriers as needed
Provide updates on incoming shipments and order statuses

Operational Support

Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
Support overall workflow to ensure deadlines are consistently met
Play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Retail operations, inventory management, or administrative coordination
Experience working with apparel, fashion, or luxury goods
Familiarity with shipping platforms (UPS, FedEx, etc.)
