Full Job Description

Essential Functions

Lead month-end and year-end close processes for all four entities and consolidated and intercompany transfers.
Assist in financial reporting preparation and distribution to C-suite and board of directors.
Analyze financial data to identify business metrics, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Create, monitor and analyze business unit budgets.
Support other pricing and costing projects as needed.
Manages and processes company payroll.
Lead internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
Manage and file sales tax returns and other regulatory filings through 3rd party software.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by the Sr. Director of Finance or CFO.

Job Competencies

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Desire to understand business operations.

· Team Player attitude, willing and able to assist the team as needed.

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

· Ability to drive changes through organizational savvy.

· High level critical thinking skills with solutions-oriented, analytical mindset.

· Previous M&A experience desired.

Travel
Minimal travel is required for this position.

Qualifications Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

· 7+ years of accounting experience in advancing roles.

· Advanced user of Excel with Pivot Table and Add-in knowledge

· Experience in a manufacturing environment with raw materials and finished goods at standard costs desired.

· Experience filling sales tax returns or business licenses in a timely manner.

· Previous experience with processing payroll, and experience with ADP.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
