Registered Behavior Technician

Infinity ABA Therapy & Autism Services is hiring for our upcoming New Hire Orientation. Join our team of professionals, move forward in your career, and become a part of our growing team. We provide ongoing training and support for our staff, as well as excellent clinical supervision and feedback. We want individuals who have a passion for the Special Needs population, children, or ABA to be part of our team and play a role in making an impact on the community!

We provide comprehensive ongoing training for all our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to ensure they succeed in their role and future career! After 60 days of joining our team, all RBTs can upgrade to our Full-time, Salaried Behavior Therapist position! You will never have to worry about inconsistent paychecks. Infinity provides a stellar mentorship program for future Behavior Analysts and Assistant Behavior Analysts. We see your future with us and want you to grow. Our amazing team of Behavior Analysts and Assistant Behavior Analysts will work with you to deepen your knowledge of ABA, strengthen your clinical skills, and develop essential leadership skills. Many of our current Behavior Therapists were once novices in the field and have made the decision to pursue further education in their careers while working with us. Many are on track in our mentorship program, and many have become BCBAs and BCaBAs since joining our team. We can’t wait to see you accomplish your goals!

Our clinical team is comprised of registered behavior technicians (RBT), board-certified assistant behavior analysts (BCaBA), and board-certified behavior analysts (BCBA)! Without a successful framework and client-specific plan, our RBTs are never left out in the field alone!

Qualifications

Beneficial 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs
Knowledge of (ALL training will be provided to eligible candidates): Appropriate behavioral intervention strategies and willingness to learn theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, correct English grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply!
Child Care/Child Development and Special Needs: 1 year (Required)
Current active RBT credential (yearly renewal fees covered by the company)

Responsibilities

Provide direct behavioral services to clients in a clinical setting
Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis methodology and learning theories
Collect data and graph data as instructed using technological programs (e.g., Google Drive)
Work with your Clinical Supervisor to implement individualized treatment plans
Work with the Family Social Worker to help client's parent goals/objectives
Attend weekly supervision meetings with Clinical Supervisor and monthly staff training
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
Other related job duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director or upper management and administration

Hourly Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour; Salary range $35,000 to $40,000 annually (Can elect to go salaried after 90 days of employment)
