Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our team during the second shift. In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality operation, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for guest satisfaction, fostering a warm and inviting environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your hospitality management skills, multilingual abilities, and customer service expertise in a dynamic hotel setting. Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hotel management software
Handle reservations and modifications through hospitality reservation systems, accommodating special requests when possible
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Assist guests with room assignments, amenities, and local information to enhance their stay
Address guest concerns or issues with effective problem-solving skills, escalating emergencies or complex situations following hotel emergency procedures
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, billing details, and shift reports to ensure smooth operations during your shift

Experience

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
Previous night audit experience is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail during overnight shifts
Experience working in resort settings or high-volume hotels enhances your ability to manage diverse guest needs effectively
Ability to handle phone communication professionally while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor
