Full Job Description

Overview

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will run our daily accounting operations. This “hands on” position will take ownership of our financial data, reconcile accounts, and prepare clean financial statements for management. Additionally, this position will maintain and file requisite documents for tax compliance, monitor cash flow, collections, close the books and produce financial reports to assist management in making strategic decisions.

This role requires proven skills and experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping with the exceptional ability to interact with our customers, clients, vendors, sales and management.

This position reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities included but not limited to:

· Managed complete accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles.

· Generate monthly client/customer Invoicing (approximately 300)

· Comfortable dealing with large volumes of client invoice information and data

· Maintain a balanced general ledger

· Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations

· Prepare monthly financial reports, including the balance sheet and income statement

· Manage month end and year end close process

· Coordinate directly with external CPA and tax preparers for annual tax returns and audits

· Track fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedule

Requisite Skills and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or advanced education in bookkeeping, accounting, finance or related discipline

· 3 – 5+ years of proven full-charge bookkeeping experience

· Expert knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· High accuracy and sharp attention to detail

· Confidentiality
