Position Overview
As a Line Cook, you'll prepare fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals for our residents under the direction of our Kitchen Supervisor. You'll take pride in your craft, bring energy to every shift, and contribute to a kitchen culture built on quality, teamwork, and care.
Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold menu items according to standardized recipes and portion guidelines
- Set up, maintain, and break down your station efficiently before and after service
- Ensure all food is prepared and held at proper temperatures in compliance with health codes
- Collaborate with the broader kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely meal service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
- Accommodate resident dietary needs and restrictions with care and attention
What We're Looking For
- Proven line cook or kitchen experience — you know your way around a commercial kitchen
- A hardworking, dependable attitude with the grit to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with standard cooking techniques
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
