Full Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and company standards
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess adherence to quality systems and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate and oversee quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements and inspections
- Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics, trends, and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality management principles and practices

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control roles
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and quality management systems
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Strong understanding of quality systems, including QA/QC processes and quality audits
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
