Role Overview
BEPC Inc. is seeking an experienced Security Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise ERP environment and associated business systems for our client. This role focuses on application security, identity and access management, compliance, governance, and operational support within a complex enterprise ecosystem.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ERP security administration, role-based access controls, segregation of duties, security auditing, identity management, and enterprise application support. This position requires a highly analytical professional who can collaborate across technical and business teams while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and least-privilege security models.
- Design, review, and remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts across business processes.
- Review and validate security roles, permission sets, and authorization structures.
- Monitor authentication, authorization, and privilege escalation activities and investigate security incidents.
- Support secure integrations utilizing SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, APIs, and related technologies.
- Evaluate application changes, customizations, and workflows for security and compliance impacts.
- Participate in incident response activities involving unauthorized access, account compromise, and fraud investigations.
- Maintain security standards related to compliance, performance, architecture, and governance.
- Support accessibility compliance initiatives and adherence to WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Review and support security-related documentation, disaster recovery planning, system development lifecycle activities, and security plans.
- Provide Level 2 application support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
- Participate in software upgrades, testing activities, disaster recovery exercises, and production support initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and managed service providers to ensure operational excellence.
- Support ITIL-based service management processes and ticket resolution activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and leadership teams.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications
- 10+ years supporting large enterprise application environments.
- 10+ years of experience in IT security and security control practices.
- 10+ years supporting enterprise ERP systems and related business applications.
- Experience creating and managing strategic technology roadmaps.
- Experience delivering executive-level presentations and communications.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), data integration, and data quality methodologies.
- Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, and Oracle databases.
- Experience supporting enterprise application deployments, production support, and multi-agency environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and service desk operations.
- Experience overseeing managed service providers.
- Experience implementing and managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls in multi-tenant applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with software and hardware asset management best practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale financial management systems.
- Experience developing technical specifications for IT procurements.
- Familiarity with NIST and other information security frameworks.
- Experience working in public sector or highly regulated environments.
Contract Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
- Location: Remote/Telework
- Potential contract extensions based on business needs and project requirements.
