Pizza Cook / Line Cook

Westbrook House of Pizza | Kitchen Team

Westbrook House of Pizza is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated team members to join our kitchen team as a Pizza Cook / Line Cook.

This is a hands-on cooking position responsible for preparing pizzas, subs, fried foods, and other hot menu items during service. You’ll work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team where consistency, communication, speed, and organization are key to success.

We are a busy, locally owned restaurant, and this role plays an important part in delivering high-quality food and keeping service running smoothly during our busiest hours.

If you enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in the food you make, this is a great opportunity with steady hours and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

Prepare pizzas, subs, and hot menu items during service
Stretch dough and build pizzas to recipe standards
Operate ovens, fryers, grills, and kitchen equipment safely
Follow recipes and portioning guidelines consistently
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation
Prep and restock ingredients for busy periods
Communicate with team members to keep orders moving efficiently
Help maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

You’ll be part of the team that keeps the kitchen running efficiently during lunch and dinner rushes.

No pizza experience required — we’re happy to train the right person.

Kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

Afternoon and evening shifts available
Weekend availability required
Full-time & part-time positions available

Pay & Benefits

Average Earnings: $19–$23+ per hour

Base pay: $17–$20/hour (based on experience)
Additional tip share averaging $2–$3/hour
Paid training provided
Consistent weekly hours available
