Job Overview

Wyoming Trust Attorneys is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Front Desk Assistant to join our Riverton office. This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations within a busy legal office.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing phones, scheduling, and client communication in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors in person and by phone in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take accurate messages
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using Lawmatics
Send appointment confirmations and follow-up communications
Assist with document handling, scanning, and basic file organization
Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and reception area
Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional demeanor and reliability
Comfort using scheduling or CRM software (Lawmatics experience is a plus; training provided)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced office environment
Prior receptionist, administrative, or office experience preferred
