Full Job Description

Step into an enriching full-time opportunity near Casper, WY, perfect for Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows seeking hands-on experience in an engaging school environment. This contract position is open to both local and travel professionals who are eager to launch their career through meaningful work with students while being supported throughout their clinical fellowship year.

You’ll collaborate on-site with education teams, receive dedicated supervision from a licensed SLP, and experience firsthand the impact of your expertise on young learners’ communication skills.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Must be in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology
Eligibility for state certification/license
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Positive attitude and ability to adapt to school settings
A passion for helping children achieve communication goals

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services individually and in groups
Conduct and evaluate assessments to determine students’ communication needs
Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with education staff and parents
Maintain timely and accurate documentation of progress
Participate in team meetings and case consultations
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
