Are you an energetic, compassionate, and organized individual who enjoys helping people feel their best? Reinhardt Chiropractic is looking for a part-time Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing team!
We are a family-oriented chiropractic office that prides itself on creating a welcoming environment for both our patients and our staff. Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in helping patients through their journey to better health.
This position is much more than a typical front desk role. While you'll assist with scheduling appointments, answering phones, and administrative tasks, you'll also be actively involved in patient care by guiding patients through various therapies before and after their chiropractic treatments. If you enjoy staying busy, interacting with people, and making a positive impact, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Manage patient flow throughout the office
- Prepare and assist patients with therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation equipment
- Schedule appointments and answer incoming phone calls
- Help keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Work closely with the doctors and team to provide an outstanding patient experience

Preferred Qualifications
(Preferred, but not required)
- Front desk or receptionist experience
- Experience in a medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or wellness office
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and technology skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day
- Ability to lift or move up to approximately 25 pounds as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Part-time (with potential to promote to Full-Time)
- $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience
- Weekday only position (Monday through Friday). Done by 1pm every Friday !
