Full Job Description

Ascent Eyes is seeking an Optometrist for our thriving private practice in Parker Colorado. We pride ourselves on our fun, light-hearted environment while delivering a unique patient experience.

We operate on a concierge model, which means the front-end associate that assigned to the patient will:

Greet the patient
Have them sign a HIPAA and scan an ID
Then get take the patient back for pre-testing. Which consist of:

Lensometry

Autorefraction

Optos/OCT

Icare tonometry

VA’S

Then the patient would then be pass on to you the optometrist. Since there is no paperwork for the patient to feel out, the optometrist collects family/health history interview style and enters it directly into out HER (Revolution). When you are done with the exam, the same front-end associate that initially helped the patient will take the patient from there.

We focus on routine eye exams that lead to selling eyeglasses and year supplies of daily contact lenses. If a patient requires medical treatments during their comprehensive eye exam, we are very likely to refer that patient to one of our network specialists instead of treating the medical issues ourselves. Less than 5% off scheduled appointments are medical visit.

To keep a smooth flow for our patients, we usually schedule patients every 30 minutes and we dilate less than 1% of our patients.
