Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – AACO Staffing Agency

Position Overview:
AACO is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA with AACO, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of skilled nursing facilities, gaining diverse experience while delivering high-quality resident care. This role is ideal for professionals who value flexibility and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
Follow facility policies and procedures at each assignment
Adapt quickly to different teams and care settings

Qualifications:

Current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in the state of Idaho
Valid BLS/CPR certification required
Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills and a reliable, professional attitude
Flexibility to work at various facility locations
