Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will help streamline office operations, manage communications, and support administrative functions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management expertise while contributing to a vibrant team environment.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards.
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, efficiently routing calls or taking messages as needed.
Manage front desk operations including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records using spreadsheets and productivity software.
Handle calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings with precision.
Assist with office management with general clerical support.
Utilize computer skills to update databases, prepare Word documents, and perform data entry tasks accurately.
Support client communication efforts by providing timely information and assistance to visitors or callers.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with excellent typing and data entry skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proven customer service experience, including phone communication and client support.
Technical proficiency in computer literacy, spreadsheets, filing systems, and productivity software.
Previous office or clerical experience combined with strong time management skills enhances success in this role.
