Job Summary
Join our dealership as a Parts Specialist, where your expertise will help drive the operation of our automotive parts department. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring they receive the right parts efficiently to keep vehicles running smoothly. Your passion for automotive repair and exceptional customer service will help us deliver top-tier service and help keep the lasting relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories through effective communication.
Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts shelves to ensure availability and accuracy.
Process sales transactions accurately handling cash and credit payments with professionalism.
Collaborate with the service team to support vehicle maintenance and repair operations.
Utilize computerized maintenance management system software to track parts orders, inventory levels, and order fulfillment status.
Conduct regular inventory audits to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
Maintain clear communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure delivery times, and product availability.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy retail environment.

Skills

Knowledge of dealership experience or retail sales environments enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and vehicle maintenance practices.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base better.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis purposes.
Exceptional communication skills for engaging with customers via phone or face-to-face interactions.
Familiarity with cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols.
