Job Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant/Therapist, where you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care and enhancing overall wellness. This energetic position combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on therapeutic support, ensuring patients receive exceptional service from intake through treatment. You'll be at the forefront of creating a positive, healing environment that promotes health, mobility, and vitality. Duties

Greet patients warmly and assist with the intake process, including collecting medical histories and explaining procedures clearly.
Conduct patient assessments by observing symptoms, measuring vital signs, and applying your physiology knowledge to support diagnosis.
Assist chiropractors during adjustments and therapy sessions by preparing treatment areas and ensuring patient comfort.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes using medical terminology.
Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to optimize recovery outcomes.
Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up communications, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Support the clinical team with basic anatomy knowledge to facilitate effective patient evaluations and therapies.

Experience

Prior experience in a healthcare setting or chiropractic clinic is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy to assist with patient assessments and therapeutic procedures is preferred, but we can train.
Excellent patient service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach that puts patients at ease.
Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately document and communicate clinical information is preferred, but we can train.
Ability to perform intake procedures efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with basic clinical equipment and therapy techniques is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
