At our core, we believe in meeting people in their time of need so they can focus on what matters.
When disaster strikes—whether from water, fire, storm, or unexpected damage—our customers are often overwhelmed and uncertain about what comes next. Our job is to bring clarity, confidence, and craftsmanship into chaotic moments.
As a Labor Technician, you are an important part of making that happen. You are often one of the first people physically working in a customer's home or business, helping turn a damaged property into a safe and manageable space again.
We don't just clean up damage—we help restore homes, businesses, and peace of mind. And that starts with the people on our team.
We live our values every day:
- Always Growing — We pursue knowledge, sharpen our skills, and continuously improve.
- Do the Right Thing — We act with integrity, even when no one is watching.
- No Jerks — We treat teammates, customers, and partners with respect. Culture matters.
- Pride in Everything — From communication to craftsmanship, we take ownership of our work.
If those values resonate with you, you'll fit right in.
We are looking for a Labor Technician who is ready to work hard, learn new skills, and be part of a team that helps people when they need it most.
As a Labor Technician, you will assist with restoration projects involving water, fire, storm, and other property damage. You will work alongside Project Managers, technicians, and other team members to safely and efficiently complete demolition, cleaning, contents handling, drying, and general restoration activities.
This is a hands-on position that requires physical work, attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
You don't need to know everything on day one. We can teach you restoration. What we can't teach is work ethic, accountability, and pride in what you do.
- Assist with water, fire, storm, and other restoration projects
- Perform demolition and removal of damaged materials as directed
- Assist with cleaning and treatment of affected areas
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment when applicable
- Assist with contents packing, moving, cleaning, and storage
- Help prepare properties for reconstruction and restoration
- Load, unload, organize, and maintain equipment and materials
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the project
- Treat customers' homes, belongings, and businesses with care and respect
- Communicate professionally with customers while working in their property
- Answer basic questions appropriately and direct project-specific questions to the Project Manager
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on every job
- Protect customer property and minimize additional damage whenever possible
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Use personal protective equipment appropriately
- Follow industry standards and company procedures
- Identify and communicate unsafe conditions or potential hazards
- Use tools and equipment properly
- Perform work carefully and efficiently
- Take pride in completing work correctly rather than simply completing it quickly
- Work closely with Project Managers, technicians, subcontractors, and other team members
- Follow directions and complete assigned tasks
- Communicate changes, concerns, or challenges to the appropriate team member
- Arrive on time and prepared for the day's work
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, tools, and jobsite supplies
- Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through on commitments
- Be willing to step in and help the team wherever needed
- Participate in company training and hands-on learning
- Learn restoration techniques, equipment, safety procedures, and industry standards
- Develop skills in water mitigation, contents, fire restoration, demolition, and other areas of restoration
- Pursue additional certifications and training as opportunities become available

We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong work ethic

Previous restoration, construction, cleaning, warehouse, or skilled labor experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
