At Clickstop, we are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate. This role blends hands-on sewing line operations with efficient packaging responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of production. You'll be instrumental in assembling USCC transportation products, packing orders with precision, and supporting continuous improvement across all operations.
Available Schedules
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with an early finish on Friday 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm, & Friday 7:00 am – 1:00 pm
- Part-Time: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Compensation
- Full-time positions starting at $19.00/hour

To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members will begin their training in strap manufacturing/packing and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We produce a wide range of products, so attention to detail, and the ability to remain focused in a repetitive environment is critical.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Sit or stand for the majority of the shift.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely.
- Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms.
Tie Down (Strap Manufacturing)
- Read and understand work orders.
- Audit orders for accuracy.
- Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps.
- Maintain productivity by meeting daily output requirements.
- Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Sew straps using manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner.
Tie Down Packing
- Maintain order accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
- Pack numerous different orders efficiently and accurately off of a conveyor belt, ensuring products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
- Lift 50ilbs repeatedly. Able to bend, kneel, stand, and squat repetitively for long periods of time.
- Utilizing NetSuite and ShipHawk software to manage production records, entering completion data, building work orders and updating inventory.
- Follow Lean manufacturing principles to help reduce waste and improve efficiency in packing and overall processes.
- Communicating effectively with team members and working to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
- Comfortable working in a high-speed, fast-paced environment with frequent task changes.
Cargo Nets
- Read and understand work orders.
- Audit orders for accuracy.
- Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble cargo nets.
- Maintain productivity by meeting daily output requirements.
- Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Sew straps using manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner.
- Pack cargo nets: must be able to bend, kneel, stand, and squat repetitively for long periods of time.
Nylon Slings
- Read and understand work orders.
- Audit orders for accuracy.
- Operate sewing machines to assemble transportation Nylon Slings.
- Maintain productivity by meeting daily output requirements.
- Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Sew straps using manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner.
- Pack nylon slings: Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, and squat repetitively for long periods of time.
As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned at any time.
Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as industrial sewing machines, cutters, winders, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
