Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and files.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence and managing office supplies.
Assist with patient check-in/check-out processes if applicable, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with dental or medical receptionist duties is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
Experience with phone systems and multi-line phones is advantageous.
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
A positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential for this role.
