Full Job Description

TCORS is a small to midsized law firm in New London Connecticut with 10 attorneys and 14 legal staff. We are looking for a Firm Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office personnel. This is a vital role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional service organization.

Responsibilities

· All aspects of Personnel and Human Resource management including recruitment, training, supervision and performance evaluations.

· Secure and Administer all Firm Benefits including Medical, Dental, Life, LTD and 401k

· Management of Firm Finances in coordination with the Managing Partner and Bookkeeper including Payroll, Payables, Accounts Receivable, Annual Budgeting, financial reporting, Tax Reporting and cash flow.

· Secure and maintain all Firm Insurance policies including Professional Liability, General Liability, Worker’s Compensation and Cyber security.

· Management of Computer and other operational systems in coordination with our MSP and vCISO

· All aspects of Firm Marketing and Client Development activities

· Coordinate and maintain security of the physical office and compliance with Firm’s Privacy Policy, Best Practices and HIPAA policy.

· Ensure compliance of case management policies including data base management, retention and destruction of client related information.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in management or a related field is preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position, preferably in a law firm

· Strong knowledge of double entry bookkeeping and budgeting

· Demonstrated leadership qualities

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Access and Publisher

· Ability to organize and manage multiple projects

· Attention to detail

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to motivate people

· Dedicated work ethic
