Location: Based at the Ceres facility, Occasional work at other Bronco Wine Company locations as needed.

JOB STATEMENT:
Bronco Wine Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cellar Operations Intern to support process improvement, training documentation, and operational modeling initiatives within the Ceres Cellar and related winery operations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to winery operations, process documentation systems, and continuous improvement projects in a dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate is organized, technically proficient, collaborative, and comfortable working across both office and production environments.

Collaborate with Bronco team members to support the creation, revision, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Aids, Checklists, and related operational documentation.

Convert operational procedures and documentation into visual standard work materials suitable for use within the Alchemy Training Platform.

Support the development, testing, and implementation of modeling tools and methods related to solids management in cellar operations and associated winery areas.

Utilize process documentation and management software to create and update process flow diagrams using tools such as Lucid chart and Microsoft Visio.

Update and maintain current seating diagrams for the Ceres facility.

Assist with operational improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Work cross-functionally with cellar staff, production personnel, maintenance teams, and office staff to support operational excellence and training consistency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
-
Currently pursuing or recently completing an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Prior internship, clerical, campus, or office experience preferred but not required

Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

Exposure to accounting or ERP systems is helpful but not required

Familiarity with process mapping or workflow documentation tools such as Lucid chart is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Comfortable working in both office and production environments.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
SKILLS
-
Interest in manufacturing, production operations, continuous improvement, or winery operations.

Experience creating technical documentation, flowcharts, or training materials.

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, SOP development, or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to move throughout office, cellar, bottling, and production areas.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
