What We Offer:

Top Pay in the Market: $18–$22/hr for ambitious apprentices | $28–$35/hr for proven Lead Installers (based on experience).
Local Work: Home every night. Our projects are centered right here in the local area.

What We're Looking For:

Pride in Your Work: You care about the finished product and getting details right the first time.
Solid Work Ethic: Show up on time, communicate well, and handle business with a good attitude.
Experience or Trade School Background: Construction/exterior experience is a plus for Lead roles, but for Apprentices, basic tool knowledge, a good head on your shoulders, and a willingness to learn goes a long way.
Your Own Basic Hand Tools: You bring your personal pouch/hand tools; we provide the materials and project support.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to local job sites.
