Overview

We are building a high-performance insurance agency focused on helping businesses and their employees protect income through voluntary benefits.

The Agency Coordinator role is designed for someone who wants to grow into leadership while still producing at a high level. This is not an administrative position. It is a player-coach role responsible for personal sales, recruiting, and developing a team.

What You’ll Do

1. Personal Production

Prospect and meet with small to mid-size businesses
Present voluntary benefits programs to employers and employees
Enroll employees in supplemental health and life products
Maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities

2. Recruiting

Identify and recruit sales professionals and career-minded individuals
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate fit
Build a small team of producers over time

3. Leadership Development

Train and mentor new agents
Run team meetings and field coaching
Help new hires develop prospecting and sales skills

What Success Looks Like

In the first 12 months, top Agency Coordinators typically:

Build a small producing team
Generate strong personal sales production
Begin transitioning into a full agency leadership role

This position is designed as a pathway to Agency Leader.

Compensation

Compensation includes multiple income streams:

Personal sales commissions
Team production overrides
Recruiting bonuses
Leadership incentives
Performance bonuses

Successful Agency Coordinators often reach six-figure income potential as their team grows. We are looking for someone who isn't satisfied just punching in and making 60-80k a year. We are looking to develop high six figure earners
