As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will:

Design across digital, social, print, and campaign systems
Develop and extend visual identities, brand guidelines, and design systems
Create layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, and composition
Build cohesive brand systems across type, image, motion, and illustration
Partner with art directors, writers, strategists, and production teams
Contribute to concept development and push the work forward
Work at pace without losing precision
Deliver strong work within real constraints such as timelines, stakeholders, and compliance

You will need:

7 or more years of experience in an agency or studio environment
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Additional attributes:

A portfolio that demonstrates strong fundamentals and a clear point of view
Deep understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience building or contributing to brand systems and multi-channel campaigns
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and tools such as Figma
Ability to use AI as a tool while applying strong design judgment
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to collaborate and take direction effectively
