DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

· Maintain and file corporate records including resolutions, minutes, and shareholder information

· Conduct research to support legal actions, corporate transactions, and compliance efforts

· Provide support for litigation, arbitration, mediation, and responses to complaints

· Assist with the formation, registration, and dissolution of corporations, LLCs, and other legal entities

· Prepare for and attend corporate meetings, take minutes, and coordinate meeting material

· Manage intellectual property portfolios including trademarks, patents, and copyrights

· Provide strategic legal support to the company including identifying potential legal issues and offering proactive advice

· Calendar, coordinate and schedule for multiple attorneys.

· Communicate updates, correspondence and coordinate with opposing counsels, clients and courts in a professional and efficient manner.

· File pleadings in various courts for multiple attorneys.

· Send notices of hearing to clients, defendants and opposing counsel.

· Maintain and organize electronic client folders.

· Organize exhibits, discovery and pleadings for multiple attorneys.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software expected
A meticulous approach to work is necessary for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance
Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
