Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Chef to lead our kitchen operations and set the standard for culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of food preparation, menu development, and kitchen management while inspiring the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Design, plan, and implement innovative menus that highlight quality and creativity.
Oversee and manage all food preparation to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and standards.
Lead and supervise the kitchen team, providing training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs while minimizing waste.
Ensure that the kitchen operates efficiently and meets high standards of quality and timeliness.
Uphold and enforce strict sanitation, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
Stay current with industry trends and introduce new techniques or dishes to keep menus fresh and appealing.
Collaborate with management to maintain customer satisfaction and support overall restaurant goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience as a Chef or Head Chef.
Deep knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Strong leadership and management skills with a record of building effective teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Familiarity with industry best practices, food cost management, and menu planning.
Proficiency with MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems.
Culinary degree or professional certification preferred but not required.
