Education and Experience - Customer Service Representative / Customer Care Agent

What You Bring to the Table:

A high school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role that required problem-solving and effective communication.
Previous experience working from a computer full-time
Ability to meet the requirement of working various shifts, including some weekends and occasional overtime—because helping our customers comes first.
Residency within the state of West Virginia.
