This role blends customer service, communication, and attention to detail while helping with security-related operations. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies for a technology and communications location.
Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or equipment entering designated areas, document findings, and report unusual activity, prohibited items, and/or policy concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
Monitor entry points, visitor flow, and credential presentation to help support authorized access and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted or sensitive areas.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
