Shutterfly LLC is seeking a highly motivated Level 2 Helpdesk Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in ServiceNow, Office 365, Azure AD, On-Premise Active Directory systems, and a good understanding of Azure AD, WIFI Technologies, and Proofpoint.

This role requires an individual who has experience providing high touch technical support services to a demanding customer group in a fast-paced work environment. The position will be full time, on-site at our facility in Fort Mill, SC.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Monitor and respond to tickets on ServiceNow platform.
Perform desktop, laptop, and mobile device support for Windows and Mac OS
Perform Active Directory management, create and manage user accounts, and permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure AD, WIFI Technologies, and Proofpoint
Monitor and maintain company's IT systems, including servers and networks.
Provide technical guidance to end-users and recommend solutions to technical issues.
Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and asset management records.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's in Information Technology or related field is a plus
At least 2 years of experience as a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician
Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.
Experience in Windows 10/11.
Experience in MAC OS.
Strong proficiency in Office 365, Azure AD, On-Premises Active Directory systems
Knowledge of Azure AD, Wi-Fi Technologies, and Proofpoint
Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
