Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Print and Graphics Design Associate to join our team at The UPS Store in Denver. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring visual concepts to life through expert design and production skills. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with clients and team members to produce high-quality print materials, digital graphics, and marketing content that elevate brand presence and communicate messages effectively. Your passion for visual storytelling, technical proficiency, and attention to detail will drive the success of our diverse projects.

Duties

Develop compelling visual designs for print advertising, signage, marketing materials, and digital media using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW.
Prepare design files optimized for print production, ensuring color accuracy, proper layout, and adherence to prepress standards.
Create engaging graphics including logos, branding elements, motion graphics, and digital art tailored for various media platforms.
Edit and manipulate photos through advanced photo editing and photo manipulation techniques to enhance visual impact.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and present design concepts confidently using presentation tools like InVision.
Must be comfortable with coil binding, laminating, cutting, etc.
Ensure consistent application of color theory, typography principles, and branding guidelines across all design outputs while maintaining high standards of quality control.
Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
Takes action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends
Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital art, print production, and visual design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and InVision, etc.
Knowledge of color management systems and prepress processes to ensure accurate print results.
Strong understanding of typography design for media including typesetting for print advertising and digital formats.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with precision and professionalism.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
Experience with sign manufacturing or production design is a plus but not required.
