About Us

Established excavating and construction company seeking an experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations and support ownership. We are looking for a trustworthy, organized individual with QuickBooks experience who can manage bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll coordination, and vendor accounts.

Responsibilities

Manage QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Create and send customer invoices
Record customer payments and deposits
Coordinate payroll and maintain employee records
Pay vendors and manage vendor accounts
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Maintain organized digital and paper records
Generate financial reports for ownership and CPA
Assist with general office administration

Qualifications

QuickBooks experience required
Bookkeeping experience required
Payroll experience preferred
Construction industry experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience

Construction, excavating, or contractor office experience
Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Vendor management
Job costing experience
