Four days off in a row, only two nights out per cycle, and pay you can do the math on. We're 121 Partners, a new Amazon Freight Partner in Chattanooga, building our founding driver team now for regional routes starting in late August 2026.

The schedule:
- 4 days on, 4 days off, so you're off about half the year
- Only two nights in the sleeper per 8-day cycle. You're home the other nights you work.
- Home every other night on the days you work, then four days off in a row
- Your schedule is set by mid-week, so you know your week before it starts
- Open to discussing flex and coverage arrangements
What you'll do:
- Regional round-trip routes out of the greater Chattanooga area, hauling Amazon freight
- Each run is a round trip of about 38 hours door to door: an on-duty period out, a 10-hour reset in the sleeper, then an on-duty period back. You run two per work block, which is your two sleeper nights per cycle.
- Drop and hook, no-touch freight. No loading, unloading, pallet jacks, tarps, straps, HAZMAT, or doubles.
- Late-model branded sleeper cabs with a real bunk
- Company-provided device, so work stays off your personal phone
- HOS compliant every run
Pay, built as a stack:
This is an hourly position. You are not a salaried employee. What you earn depends on the hours you're assigned and actually work, not a fixed weekly or annual amount.
- $23.00 per hour base rate, paid weekly, W-2
- Overtime is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a week
- Assuming you work about 40.5 hours in a lighter week, you're eligible to earn approximately $937.25 gross
- Assuming you work about 54 hours in a heavier week, you're eligible to earn approximately $1,403.00 gross
- Based on this pay structure, and assuming you work full shifts and hours throughout the year, you can potentially earn approximately $60,846.50 per year in wages. Overtime is included in that figure, not additional to it.
- In addition, and not guaranteed: up to $300 per month in performance bonuses (on-time departure, on-time arrival, and safety score, up to $100 each), a possible bonus after your 90th day worked, and a $200 referral bonus open to anyone
- Pay you can do the math on. We'll walk you through all of it when we talk.
Milestone bonus: You may be eligible for a $500.00 bonus after you work your 90th day, contingent on active employment in good standing.

- Fuel, tolls, parking, and your company device are all on us.

Equipment and safety support:
- Late-model branded sleeper cabs, serviced on schedule with issues handled fast
- Netradyne in-cab alerts for following distance, lane discipline, fatigue, and distraction. It also protects you if another driver files a false claim.
This job isn't for everyone, and we'd rather be upfront. This might not be your seat if you:
- Prefer driving without safety monitoring or GPS during shifts
- Cut corners on hours of service. We track and report HOS every run.
- Need specific holidays guaranteed off. Your off-blocks rotate year-round, and we can't guarantee the days right before or after major holidays.
- Won't meet our eligibility requirements for background screening, drug testing, and MVRC.

What you'll need:
- Valid Class A CDL, 3+ months tractor-trailer experience preferred, open to discussing other backgrounds
- At least 21 years old
- Must meet all eligibility requirements for background screening and drug testing
- Meet eligibility requirements in MVRC (motor vehicle records check)
- Current DOT medical certificate, and able to pass a DOT physical
- Able to read and speak English well enough to converse with the public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
- Comfortable using a smartphone and company-provided device

Refer a driver for a $200 bonus: If you know a qualified CDL driver, have them apply and enter your email in the referral field. When they clear 90 days of active employment in good standing, you get $200. No limit, open to anyone.
You'll be employed by 121 Partners, not by Amazon, as an hourly employee. 121 Partners is an independent Amazon Freight Partner operating under a separate program agreement with Amazon.
