Supervising and coordinating production of team members.
Setting benchmarks and performance goals of team members.
Preparing performance evaluations of team members.

Fulfilling other duties as determined by skill level and corporate need.

Educational Level for Position: High School Diploma or advanced degree required.

Special Skills/Qualifications Needed:

Willingness to learn and work in other areas.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities as needed.
Proficiency with hand and power tools including but not limited to jigs, grinders, saws, torches, drill presses, and other pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in CNC Programming (Mastercam preferred)
Proficiency in CNC Machining
Show proficiency on all projects in the department.
Familiar with company policies, procedures and instructions.
